Spur shocking food quality and service delivery

I ordered a meal from Spur Manitoba Durbanville on the 2nd of April via Mr delivery. The order for was wrong. I paid for the two sauce burgers, one being the mushroom burger and the other being a cheese garlic burger. I also ordered two kiddies meals. The two adult meals were incorrect. We were a standard burger with no sauce as opposed to the expensive burgers paid for. Garnish was incorrect and the onion rings were soggy. My wife also complained that the burger tasted funny. It left us feeling ill. I attempted to contact the Spur manager but no answer so i left a message on the answering machine. To date nobody from spur has bothered to contact me and apologize or refund me for overcharged burgers which were never received. Numerous complaints were sent to my Delivery but this matter is still not resolved 6 days after the fact. Its a poor show from Spur and i will not use this branch again. Regards Brendon ***
