Spur service is dreadful. Do not waste your money and time at Spur.

Dreadful service. Waited 20 minutes at a dirty table (crumbs, sauces etc.) to get a waiter. Waiter 1 said they would assist but never came back to the table. Had to ask Waiter 2 twice to clean the table. Waiter 2 said she was helping me by taking my order because I'm just sitting there. Asked for water with no lemon slice, Waiter 2 brought water with lemon slice, when I tried to call her back she blatantly ignored me. Water with the lemon was provided when the meal was alomist done, even though I asked for water without lemon to be provided when the food arrives. Useless manager/assistant manager did not even bother to address the complaint when I went to pay at the reception counter. The staff act like you're the problem when you raise a valid complaint. Go to other restaurants if you want decent service. Do not waste your money and time at Spur.
