Spur service

I was at spur silver wolf (carnival mall) on Saturday 14/09/19.i gave the waitress my family card to swipe my points. Only to find out later when I check on my app that the bill used for my card is wrong. It says I spent about R218 while my bill was over R500. Besides that I was cheated on my points, I started suspecting foul play on bills. Then yesterday 17/9/19 I was at spur menlyn maine and there was a lady at the door turning us back saying the shop is too full and they are short staffed????. What's sad is that they allowed particular ppl in as my partner and I were still confused outside there
