Spur serves kids burning food without warning.

I ordered food for my daughter (nuggets) the waitress Khetha served them very hot and she got burned. The operations manager filippie was very rude telling me it's my responsibility. I asked him how am I supposed to know if the food is hot as the are no warning signs to inform Parents kids food will be served very.

I told him kids food can be served warm not hot but he continued to be rude. I also told him it's their responsibility to put warnings in the menu so parents can make informed decisions when placing orders but he says is not the responsibility of of Spur.

I am writing to let you know that I feel disrepected and marginalized about this level of irresponsibility and poor service
