Spur Sandton keeps its customers close to their hearts

Went to Sandton City Spur on the 2/10/2021 They were very busy and unfortunately the food wasnt up to scratch. We ordered a full portion spicy quesidilla, cheesy garlic roll, buffalo wings, coke and a chocolate milkshake. For some reason the come tasted stale and the quesidilla was soggy and mush. I brought this to the attention of Monica who is the manager of the branch and she kindly removed the cost of the quesidilla and coke for us. Customer service is so important especially in a country were it lacks badly in most of the places you visit. Thank you Spur for being the change we would like to see. Just because of this, i will definitely continue supporting Spur as we always do. Thank you Monica, you are a wonderful manager!
