Spur's quick response and efficient customer care

I had a less than pleasant experience at Spur,hosting my toddler's birthday party on Saturday. I mailed a complaint,detailing my experience,to Spur Customer Service on Wednesday. The very next day I received a call from Nico,manager at Apache Spur. He apologised and empathised, he explained how the restaurant was dealing with the issue and assured me that the matter was taken seriously. <br> <br> It was a pleasure dealing with him, thanks to their response I will be willing to visit there again.
