SPUR ROTTEN FOOD

On the 14th of February around 18:30, me and my family went to spur at Savoy Shopping Centre, Nelson Mandela Drive, Nelson Mandela Drive, Mthatha, 5100. I was in shock on how they provided service, we were left for more 30minutes unattended, when they decide to attend us we ordered steaks, I was with my mom, niece, son and nephew. The boys ordered pizza. I am glad they did, because with the steaks we ordered we did not sleep at all at night, my mother was in severe pain, she vomitted, we had to admit her to hospital. She is still there in pain, because of spur stake she had. I do not know what the outcome will be, I just hope it is not a permanent damage to my mother. How are going to be safe if we eat food that is rotten or has poison in Spurt. This is really serious and can be escalated to police department.
