SPUR REINSTATING OUR TASTE FOR LIFE

On 2 January 2018 I lodged a complaint with Spur. On the same day I was contacted by Spur to state that my grievance was received and that the manager of the Ottawa Spur in Claremont, Cape Town would contact me. Well, he did, the very next day. Gareth Olivier was very courteous and offered my wife and I a meal to make up for the unusual service we received at Spur on Monday, 01 Jan 2018. Tonight my wife and i went back to Ottawa Spur in Claremont and was received by the night manager, Otis, who was exceptional! Our table was set out for us and we received five star treatment. Our waiter, Lyle was magnificent and very professional. Our meal was exactly what we expected from Spur, like in the past. The steak was perfectly cooked! Like I said in my complaint mail....'we are spur people"... who experienced one unfortunate incident of poor food quality. Thank you to Gareth, Otis and Lyle for restoring our taste for life at Spur! Appreciated.
