SPUR RANDFONTEIN - POOR SERVICE FROM A MANAGERESS

On Monday, 17 December, around 10h20 we arrive at Spur (Randfontein). Greeted by a friendly lady (assuming she is a manager as she was wearing a white shirt like all the other Managers) leading the way to our seats. The lady took our order (2 classic waffles and a Coke to share). At around 10h50 when my son inquired from her why have we not received our order, her response was that she "never placed our order", NOT just that, in that 30 minutes you didn't even send a waiter to our table (AND I was under the impression that you had our order sorted!).

I then took my son and left. What an embarrassment that was to leave on a super hot day!! It is not the first time that I complained about the **** service at Randfontein Spur.

Now:- Firstly, as a Manager this is poor service!! Secondly, how can you "forget" to place and order, nevertheless not even send a waiter to our table... Thirdly, Spur was not even that busy???

From now on, Spur Randfontein can most definitely forget about support from me and my family in future! I would much rather drive to Keywest to enjoy a Spur meal.
