Spur quality slipping?

My family and I decided on a takeaway meal for the evening and decided on Spur. I had a lazy aged steak which was overcooked and burnt my wife had the ribs which had no basting on and dry as a bone, the chips we had with the meal had sauce on it, it looked recycled form another meal.My sons chicken schnitzel was so overcooked and dry that it actually snapped when he bent it.I will never go back to Spur Columbine square. For a R1000.00 I expect a quality meal not something that tastes like it was made in the back of a ****a shop.
