SPUR QAULITY IS DROPPING

I bought Spur tonight from Golden feather Spur in vangate mall thinking I'm going to get a night off from cooking. Huge mistake . . . . When we received our Spur take away , the Fries were raw and drenched in oil , the onion rings were soggy amd soaked in oil too . No crunchiness no Crispiness whatsoever . The beef patty on our burgers were burnt and dried out , someone also decided to put almost half a tomato on my burger. Spur really disappointed me . My kids wouldn't eat it nor would my husband , I'm standing and cooking as I type this . Absolutely horrible.
