spur probably owes our family over R300

For the past 3 years we have visited Spur probably once a month. One of our grandchildren always has kiddies macaroni cheese. We have never been asked for her choice of starch, we were just never given any. Today our younger grandchild was not feeling too well and asked if she could just have chips. The older one wanted her usual macaroni cheese. We asked for this with a children's side of chips We had a visitor from UK with us, who read the kiddies' menu thoroughly. She noticed that all children's meals, except the Pizza, came with a starch. When the bill came, showing a separate charge for the macaroni AND the chips we asked the waiter why we had been charged for the chips, as they were included with the macaroni. The waiter said they were not included. We asked for the manager who was really pleasant and deducted the chips immediately. This is not best business practice - I feel we have been disadvantaged by R10.90 every time we have ordered kiddies's macaroni over the last 3 years
