Spur Plattekloof

We have ordered from Spur Plattekloof Via Mr Delivery for the 3rd time now in a row and our order was wrong... WE call the spur and they say call Mr Delivery to complain.. Really ?? Being in the food industry I think this is pathetic, where is the quality checks ??? Order a Cheddar Melt Burger get the Mushroom sauce but no Cheese... Order a Cheese burger with no garnish get a plain burger with NO Cheese. Pathetic..... I'd like the manager of spur Plattekloof to call me and explain...
