Spur Parow Centre is weak and pathetic

On the 30 May 2015 I scheduled a meeting with a buddy of mine at Spur in Parow Centre at 17h30 , my friend arrived at around 17h19 and was seated by a waitress and I ran late and arrived at 17h39. We sat and started talking as we haven't seen each other in years . 45 mins we realized not waiter /manager has come around to offer us drinks/place-mats/food/cutlery nothing. We called the waiter and they realized we were clients.We requested to see a manager who offered us drinks on the house and weak apology. We in return said we will pay our own drinks as he had such a bad attitude as we wanted to know why nobody attended to us as we could've finished eating in the waiting time of 45 mins. We declined his offer and he got stroppy. The waiter Molly was kind and begged us but we declined and said we WILL NEVER BRING OUR FAMILIES BACK TO SPUR as the service was pathetic and disappointing. He didn't want to take our money and we left only giving a tip to the waiter. Is this what public service came too , this is why nobody wants to support local Spur like this.
