Spur Ottery

<p>We had a booking at Spur ottery for the class end of year party. We were quoted R65.00 per child. When we called Spur to confirm the exact amount of learners, the manager on duty said they had a price increase and it was now R70.00 per child. We were shocked. We expressed that we were quoted a price and what were we to do if when we pitched the next day and were short R5.00 per child? The manager said someone would have to go and get the extra R5.00 per child. We then told the manager to cancel the booking and that we would take our R6305.00 that they would have made elsewhere and after some serious consideration we feel that we were treated unfairly. Spur knew we had a booking at that price and didn't even have the decency to contact us to inform us that the price has increased. </p>
