Spur on wheels the ridge

Ordered a half cheddarmelt chicken with fries and onion rings as well as cheddarmelt rump steak, once the food arrived we noticed chips was raw and onion rings drenched in oil and soggy, the chicken didnt have any cheese on it and appeared to be dry and unappetizing, same as the steak which was dry and had no taste whatsoever, we contacted the manager who was helpful and she sent us a new batch. However we wer still really unsatisfied, chips was dry and chewy, onion rings still drenched in oil and the chickn and steak had a small block of cheese on it, covering only half of it. Very upset as we payed alot of money and expect good value for money but instead was served a meal as if they were just throwing leftovers at us. Very very disappointing. I will never buy from spur again.
