Spur Observatory Manager

Regarding my review i added yesterday about Spur (Observatory) my mother went to spur today and spoke to the manager and he apologized as he was unaware of the situation as the receptionist just try to brush the situation off. He replaced my whole order and gave my little brother a free mean and gift. Thank you to the manager at spur 'Observatory' for the way you managed the situation at hand.
