Spur Observatory And Mr Delivery's Horrible Service

Today i orderd spur (Observatory)through Mr. Delivery. I had the worst experience ever!! Firstly my order was incorrect and then i drove to spur and was told they need to call Mr. D because i did the order through them. Spoke to Mikayla at reception of spur in observatory she advised they will get me the correct meals at no cost. (I paid for the food) already. Mr. D then called me while i was in spur to say i can not take the food when its done I NEED TO WAIT FOR THEIR DRIVER TO HAND OVER THE FOOD TO ME. I told them i can not wait because i have an appointment. I waited anyway and left when i got home ,I got a call from Mr. D again to ask about the survey i filled out and they gave me R50 off my next purchase (wow) i just said its okay. I then came home and saw my order was wrong once again!!!!! I called spur immediately and they just said they will give my wings that was missing tomorrow. I am utterly disgusted with the way the matter was dealt with. No one was really sorry they just said we will give you your order. Really bad service!! Won't use Mr. D or go to Spur in Observatory again!!!
