Spur - Not what it used to be!

A week ago my wife and I decided to have lunch at the Spur Restuarant at Fig Tree, Port Elizabeth which was almost empty. We are retired people and asked if we could see the Senior's Menu which we have always used before. The manager told us that Spurs do not offer that anymore! We then asked the about lunch-time meals that we had seen advertisedon TV, only to be told that they do not serve these, although other Spurs do! He said we could have Spare Ribs at R89-90 each! So we left and went to Dulcie's nearby and had a very nice lunch from their Pensioner's Menu at around R55 per person. So guess where we will go to next time! So much for Spur! It has really gone down to what it was before! Graham W
