Spur Northgate - Bad service

I called Spur to place an order and I told Nothando that I'm on my to fetch the food and make a payment.She told me that's fine the food will take 20minutes.i get there in 20minutes to get my food,to my surprise they start asking what I ordered and gave the slip to some to place on order.i was so upset I waited for another 8minutes and different waiters kept saying it's coming in 2minutes.I just decided the leave because they are justs playing with me.the reason I placed an order to just get there pay and go home.i drove all the way for nothing.Did not receive no apology from this Nothando lady whatsoever.Why do they allow us to place an order ,if we are going to get there and still wait.I wasted my airtime calling and my petrol driving there for nothing.its winter and I don't really like sitting in restaurants.I'm so disappointed with the bad service of Spur Northgate.would never recommend it to anyone.Rather call Boardacres.
