Spur Norkem park service sucks

We always go to the spur in Norkem park because they usually have gud service. we wanted to sit in the smoking section but was told that all the tabels where full witch it was not there still one table open witch was not marked to kept open due to coved regulations. but when we where there the week before all the seats where used . and the waiter was also rude when we asked why cant we sit at the unmarked table.
