Spur. NO NO NO

We visited Falcon rock Spur last night, and it was utterly disappointing, to say the least. The food was absolutely horrible, and the staff were very rude. Unfortunately the waitress was not wearing a name tag as she was very unhelpful and had a bad attitude. We also visited Spur in Meyerton a while ago, and after watching the waiters and the manager fighting in the doorway for a few minutes, I decided to ask them if they are going to seat us, or will we be leaving. What is going on with Spur? One would think that you would at least get good service in exchange for the ridiculous prices you pay for the average food.
