Spur never loads the Family Card with amount spent

Everytime my family visits the Golden Eagle Spur in Pretoria, the waitress promises to load the FAMILY CARD with the amount spent on the bill.<br> This never happens and patrons must keep following up, wasting time.<br> On Sunday I went to this Spur - once again the waitress did not load my card with the money spent.<br> <br> The waitress told me she is TOO busy to load the card now and she would do it later that day.<br> What is the use of having a product and clients cannot use it.<br> Next time I am NOT leaving the premises until my FAMILY card is loaded and I receive a printout. This practice must stop !!
