Spur needs people like ALMOND

I complained about the service I got from spur braamfontein and i received a call from vuyelwa and she apologised for what happened and promised me that someone from the branch would call me back, a week later I got a call from Almond who was sooooo sooooo professional in a way that I can't even explain , he asked that I come to the branch and they'd replace my meal , when I went there with my friend we were welcomed with juice and Almond sat with us and we had a nice chat while a chef was preparing my meal and he apologised and promised that such would never ever happen again....I was really really imprest with regards to the treatment he gave us, thank you Almond you are a star! Keep shining..wow! There's a lot of change at spur braamfontein since Almond has taken over..
