Spur N1 city- DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I had the most unpleasant experience at Spur N1 city...the manager- Althea, was so disgustingly rude to my fiancé and I. We had a late lunch at panarottis, so we ended up having left over pizza and decided just to walk over and grab a cold beverage or two at Spur (which is right opposite panarottis btw). So as the evening progressed, we ended up feeling a bit nibbly. So we ordered 2 portions of their buffalo wings & crumbed mushrooms, not to mention the bill sitting at over 1k already...we realized we were actually still hungry and asked our waiter if it would at all be possible to warm up the pizza for us, and he agreed and went to the kitchen to warm it (or so we thought). He then came back and said the manager said he cannot and that she will explain to us the reason behind this. The manager then came to our table, appeared to be extremely arrogant and rude. She tells us some BS about walking over to panarottis and warming it there. Then all 3 of us witness panarottis closing their doors and she’s just looks at us with a smug look on her face, shrugs her shoulders and just walks off! What happened to Common decency? In my opinion, that lady was a b!atch. She could’ve made an exception seeing that she saw the pizza place opposite them closing and there was no way we could now warm our leftover pizza. And then she still has the audacity to tell us that we must order off their menu?!?? Like what the heck even! We sat their for a good couple of hours, ordered drinks and starters and having the bill almost come to 1k...seriously man. Are there any kind ppl left in the food industry? I believe there is. That lady don’t deserve that position, it’s about treating customerS fairly. I’ve worked in CS for some time and I’ve never ever treated anyone with that kind of disrespect. I hope she gets her act together soon, and not lose anymore clients. I am definitely not going back there, they have clearly lost me! I would not recommend that Spur to anyone close to me...
