Spur N1 City. Disgusting service

On the 29th June we went to spur N1 City. We got there around 10:00am and was assisted by Bertha. We ordered breakfast and only got the breakfast just before 11:00am. On top of that the toast came to the table 10 minutes later. Not once did she come to the table to apologise for the delay. It was not that busy. We ordered coffees afterwards which also took extremely long as well as kids sodas. I then told her to bring the bill as I had somewhere to be at 11:30 and was running out of time. The bill came to R383, at this point she was annoyed with us. I included a tip in my total, she only typed in the exact amount on the bill, threw the card add receipt on the table and walked off. Then made comments about us to a colleague. I saw the manager on duty however because of the time I had to leave. Her attitude was disgusting to say the least. She ignored us almost the entire time we were there. Didn't apologise for late toast or delay in time. Did not even say thank you when we left.
