Spur Mescalero (Mams Mall) Dead Roaches found inside our child's salad dish, after they Fumigated their restaurant a few hours prior our breakfast.

On the 5th of February 2024, we had brunch at Spur Mescalero (Mams Mall) and while we were waiting for our meal, our children were surved first. Then my wife immediately started feeding our infant, who is 10 months old, and to our surprise inside our child's salad dish came out a dead ****roach, meaning that our child had already eaten a few ****roaches as we found one just when she was almost done feeding him.

We then called over the floor manager by the name of Tumelo, who apologized by serving us free drinks and paid for our kid's meals, however he still made us pay for our adults meals.

When we got home, our baby started vomiting and diarrhea also followed on the same night, we therefore reported this to Spur Mescalero management on the 6th of February 2024, where they asked us to rush our baby to a doctor for help and also to get a report, so they can take full responsibility of what had occurred.

We took our baby to a doctor on the 6th and found a very long queue, which was cut at around 7pm, then we had to find another doctor on the 7th first thing in the morning, which we did.

Then on the 7th of February 2024, we returned with medication along with a doctor's note (medical certificate), which I gave to the store manager by the name of Rickkie, who still didn't want to help until I return with a report, while the doctor asked us to return on the 14th for a full report as he made medical examinations and was awaiting results. We then went back to get the doctor's report, which I submitted to the restaurant owner by the name of Romeo, who then asked me to go write an email in a form of a demand letter, as he was avoiding legal action from my wife and I.

Upto today, Romeo ***ner) is still playing hide and seek games telling us that he has placed a claim with his business insurance by the name of One insurance underwriters.

As I am awaiting my Legal representation to draft their case, I want to know how Spur Steak Ranches can resolve this matter without going to court, because should we go to court, I will Sue Spur to the fullest for all the pain our child went through during this illness, ups and downs, emotional breakdowns, sleepless nights while our baby is ill with diarrhea and vomiting, and all the trouble we are going through in order to get Spur to take full responsibility of the negligence.
