Spur Mescalero Mams Mall

Good day,

I was at Spur the one at Mams Mall. I have received the poorest service that I never seen in my life. I have ordered my food while I was busy eating I found a hair in my food, so I decided to call the manager and complain. He told me that there's nothing that they can do, again this is the first time this kind of incident happens. I didn't want to talk to much them as I was angry and disappointed as this thing it's not the first time happened. They took my food as I was expecting that they will replace them but they didn't. I was then forced to pay the full amount for the foods that I didn't eat or enjoy. I am very disappointed with their service I won't even visit their restaurant anymore and I won't recommend their restaurants to anyone.
