Spur Menlyn Main is horrible

What a horrible experience and on my birthday imagine. Spur at Time square is the worst place I can ever imagine going back and eating. I traveled all the way way from Rustenburg to go to time square and then i decided to eat at Spur left out all the other decent restaurants like the Raj and Tatso only to be disappointed. We waited for two hours to get our food. The lady showed us the table and ignored us sitting there throughout. After an hour some guy came to serve us and boy did he not only mess our order but we waited for another hour to get our food. When the food came it was only for my husband and kids and my order neither my starter was made. So I had to eat from my husband plate while waiting for another thirty minutes to get my food. What a horrible day, we even sit on a table that had no reserved and they wanted to move us saying it was for someone else whilst that girl put us there. You need to step it up your service is poor.
