Spur Menlyn Main

We ate at the Spur Menlyn Main on 28.01.2020. We ordered our food, once it arrived the burger was a total mess. It was a double burger but everything was pilled onto one side of the burger, all 4 rib patties etc on one bun - the chips and onion rings was ice cold. We then called the waiter over who assisted with a fresh portion of chips and onion rings. The inconvenience is that the burger was all done by the time the chips and onion rings came. Then when we paid, we paid by card and said to her that she must make the total amount R320 (that is now including the tip). When she gave us the slip and walked away, the amount was infact put through for R333?????? How many other people does she not do the same to and then make her extra money for the day. Pathetic!!! I will not go back to that Spur ever - first time, last time.
