SPUR - MENLYN

We have been experiencing Spur Menlyn for more than 10 years. My little boy (2 years) was playing with his balloon which came out of the playing ground. A customer gentleman eating with his family popped out the balloon and the guy angrily said something which left my son frightened and immobile. A teacher lady ( Emily) who saw the scene confronted the man and told my wife who was sitting at the back about that customer behaviour. My wife waited for me out of the shop and told me the whole story. I went back into spur and asked that guy what happened. His father said that the balloon felt on his food and popped itself. I moved out and 3 parents who saw the scene came to us which left me confused. I got back to ask them and 1 of the Manager grabbed my arm saying to leave. I told him to not to touch and told another manager to see the footage which he said he could not allow me. That customer brother called me aside to apologize. I rep**** that he did not have to; if there is anyone who was supposed to apologize was his brother and I needed to understand the motives of those apologies. It ended up that Brandon ( one of the Manager) wanted to beat me while those customers were peacefully leaving the shop. His own staff stopped him. I yelled at them stating that they were supposed to listen to both sides and not take one side. The owner of the shop ( Keith) finally came in and saw the footage which proved that the ballon was indeed aggressively popped out by that guy. The owner wrote a statement which I kept. As I was going to work in the morning my son was asking me if he could play with his ball asking me if I would cut it ...My other daughter did not go to school left in the morning with yesterday scene. I need compensation and will lay out a charge against Spur's attitude towards my family and that customer who abused my child.
