Spur Melkbos known to leave a bad taste in ur mouth

I cannot believe that on a Sunday afternoon with only 5 full tables. The service standards for your restaurant is so pathetic. I drove 30kms from a mall mind u where there was a spur .but knowing this Spur choose to come here .. only to b disappointed from the moment I walked into the restaurant. If it wasn't for my children being so hungry. I would have left. We were not received in a cheery manner the lady who took us to our table didn't even greet.. we were not even given enough menus.. whilst deciding what we want to eat our menus were forcefully slipped under us while we were reading our menu... And why after out order was out menus remived when there were no other ppl in the restaurant to even use the menus?? R uimited to ur decision?? Manners? Absent? When my son's food came we weren't even offered tomatoe sauce which every server should ask if helping a child not so. The level of service at ur restaurant really sucks big time! I'm disgusted to b sitting close to a station which houses ur restaurant things were staff are discussing off days and saying "in what big **** they are" this all said where my kids r seated.. I'm really disgusted and will definitely not be visiting ur restuarab I would instead drive that extra kms.to.get the service I want.
