Spur Maponya Mall is a mess

I ordered my food through Mr. D Foods for collection at Silver Falcon Spur Soweto(Maponya Mall), the experience I had was rather horrible and will not be engaging with that branch ever. It was the 2nd December and my collection was scheduled for 9pm and got to the branch 2 minutes earlier and there was no one at the entrance to welcome us and sanitize us, we proceeded to the front desk where we found 4 waiters and a manager busy with their daily cash-up, I greeted them and told them I'm here to collect my order, no one said anything and I was made to stand there while they were busy and finally one of the waiters told me to take a seat and someone will attend to me. I sat there for over 10 minutes without anyone attending me, then I continued to ask the waiter, "who is going to assist us?" and waitress came to our rescue by taking our personal phone because the manager instructed her to do so and they continued to pass it amongst themselves checking the order and the manager even took our phone to the kitchen, to which I protested and asked them where are they taking my personal phone and the waiter responded by saying "they had too many orders and they are checking my reference number, by this time I was livid because we were first ignored and then our personal phone was passed around which was very strange as I was never sanitized when I entered the branch and this poses a risk of me having to spread the Corona virus should I be infected as my phone was passed around without any care. When I asked the manager(a lady with braids) shed didn't seem to be bothered by me and didn't give a damn, instead she was pushing our device in the waiters hand to give to us, shed didn't even want to come to us and address our concerns but instead continued with her cash-ups. That manager is so damn arrogant and ***********, I wonder how in the world is she a manager in that branch. I will never use that branch again, ever.
