Spur Maponya

I'm at Spur Maponya, waiting to get to welcomed and seated, this all process has taken up to 15mins, with little to none acknowledgement. So I was told to sit down and wait to be serviced. It felt like a lifetime as I got on my feet again. On a normal day, I would have left but because my daughter loves this place, I decided to wait even long. A hostess by the name of Elizabeth acknowledged me and also stated that I have been waiting for long... I'm throughly disappointed by the endless wait of my waitress to finally take my order. I'm not a complainer but today I'm not happy. Its the holidays we need more hands on deck...
