Spur manager attitude

After ordered our main meal on out anniversary, the we had to send our sons hamburger back twice which was too cold. They only replaced the patty with the old bun and smiley chips. After that brought our nachos which was burned and everything only sqaused on top. After the first manager apologised the second manager came with a attitude and ask how must Nachos Look Like. We would never eat at any spur in Klerksdorp as this did not happen only at the one spur at checkers.
