Spur Malvern rotten sauce

Due to them not checking the sauce it was rotten and I spent the day vomiting. I would like to know what compensation will be given for this. I had 3 small children with me and 1 baby. It would have been so much worse if they had eaten it. No use sanitizing etc if the food or sauces are rotten.
