SPUR LOCKS US UP INSIDE THE SHOP

On 13th April 2015, three friends and I visited Spur Vangate Mall for supper.<br> our fortnightly tradition.<br> <br> After waiting over an hour for seating, we were finally given a seat inside. We then ordered our starters, and cooldrinks. The waiter brought the wrong cooldrinks, we cleared up the issue with the manager.<br> <br> We then ordered our main meal - two burger specials, which comprises of four burgers. <br> <br> After waiting over 45 minutes for our food, we addressed our concerns to the manager and he resolved the issue. <br> <br> Waiter brings us eight burgers.<br> We call the manager for the third time, and he apologises for the error and explained that the waiter was new and that they were very busy.<br> We explained that it was the third time and he told us that we can have the extra burgers.<br> <br> An hour later, when we decided to leave, the first manager(chris) had clocked off and the new manager, Tasneem, refused for us to leave without paying for 8 burgers. <br> We explained the situation<br> We asked her to contact the previoius shift manager. She refused.<br> She called us \chancers"\""cheapskates\"" and \""***s\"" and threatened to have secuirty \""moer\"" us.<br> We paid and left<br> <br> CHECK THE CAMERA EVIDENCE TO CORROBORATE THE ABOVE"""
