Spur Lockdown Delivery ******** Customers

So our order was placed just after 5pm on the Mr D app for the Manitoba Spur in Durbanville well within the cut off time as advertised. The money was debited and that's where operations ended. No further notifications were sent to us and to top it all we cannot get hold of Sput nor Mr D, so convenient. Where is our food and why falsely advertise services you're unable to render. What is going on, as consumers we need an explanation as to the situation as this is proving to be a **** whereby Mr D/Spur is ******** people by taking their money yet not delivering the service.
