Spur Liberty promanaid

I Had the worst experience at Spur in Liberty Promanaid. I have always taken my family to the spur in Westgate Mall where the service and the food was always excellent. But the one time we decided to try the spur in promanaid I was extremely disappointed. They took very long with everything and once we finally got our food it was cold and the steak I ordered well done was still raw and mushy I was so disgusted.This experience has made that I avoid going to any spur at all. It's really sad to see that this family restaurant has dropped it's standards so badly.
