Spur Key West worst experience ever!!!

Spur key west is a joke. Ordered our mains today with a nachos starter with fail. When the mains arrived a was informed that the waiter forgot about the starter. We cancelled the starter however when the bill arrived we were still charged for it. We queried same with 2 Managers with no emotional intelligence.We as a family card holder is discutted with the service thus with a restaurant of 6 tables. I will be sharing my experience on all social platforms seeing that spur management has no worries about awfully service 😡😡
