Spur Jabulane Mall

I have never in my entire existence as a customer seen such a pathetic service from Spur Jabulane Mall .

*********** stuff they don't respect customers and our needs and why we there.

On Sunday afternoon I visited the restaurant. Walked in and requested the waiter to show me their special was shown one that was on the table but did not order it and requested the waiter to give me garlic and prawns starter to my surprise 20 minutes later food come and they have prepares the special on the table waiter looked very confused when I told him i did not request this he said he has already punched it . I stayed calm and decided to take the food but requested he changed from chips to vegetables which he did and the pumpkin was amazing but the meat looked like it has be refrozen a couple of times ribs were meat crumbs when i try to order the ribs the food was cold like it had been prepared long before the order that was mysteriously ordered and i then ordered glass of beer even finished my food no beer nothing i started to look around and the waiter was no where to be found requested another to help he kept playing with my kid and not paying attention to what I was saying instead he said next time I come I must come to him direct and not helping me get the beer and that is 20-25 minutes later when the guy rocked up finally with no beer he was told by the other waiter to give me beer but I was so annoyed at the time and wanted to leave he came with my bill and the beer on my beer confidently waiter said I he wants to debit the money with the the beers amount due and he will take it out of his pocket and pay me which o found very annoying after the bad service. Food that is not fresh and poor customer experience
