SPUR IS THE WORSE WHEN IT COMES TO VEGETARIANS AND BODY SHAMING!!!

We have been supporting our local Spur for the last 25 years. Recently our Spur got a makeover and revamp. It is looking beautiful. But gone are all the friendly, fami**** faces.

Today my friend and I took our little girls to enjoy the vouchers they got from school - but we had to order a main meal. Which is understandable. This is my second time at this "new" Spur.

1. They welcomed me by asking how far I am in my pregnancy. I am middle-aged and just fat - not pregnant. Embarrassing!! 2. I have been a vegetarian for 25 years and ask for a saucy burger with SOYA patty. Halfway through eating what was mostly sauce I realised that this is not a normal SOYA patty. It had pieces of fat and strings, resembling a normal meat patty. I asked for the manager. Someone else came, asking me what is wrong and just look at me as if the cat dragged me in. Then the supposed manager came and apologised saying they have a new supplier. I told her the food was horrible and not edible. I only got a "sorry". I was still expected to pay R100 for a piece of **** meal which I didn't even had half of.

Needless to say - I will never ever support this local Spur again.

No. I don't want the manager to contact me. The manager already did.

BIG WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!
