Spur incorrect order and no receipt

Hi guys, so I don't usually do this because I like Spur in general especially their new vegan menu, however. Last night my mom and I ordered the Bean burgers from Cancun Spur Steak Ranch, in Meyerton. After my mom paid and came into the house, she saw that they gave us these gross soy schnitzel things, and she trusted them, so she just accepted that they also did not even give her a receipt. We did not phone back to ask to replace it, because you know, people spit on food and stuff, so we did not want that to happen. I would just like to ask this Spur, to rather tell people if you don't have stock of a certain item, instead of replacing it with something that you choose. I have soy allergies, and today, my wrists are in pain because we just ate the damn food instead of returning it.
