Spur in Vangate Mall is pathetic

Went to Golden Feather Spur in Vangate Mall yesterday 02/01/2023.......it was the worst experience of my life.

100's of flies I had to constantly chase away. You don't even get time to cut your meet because your hands is more in the aor waving like a crazy person then to be able to cut your food and eat.

The drinks took their own time to arrive at our table. Ordered the kids food and drinks first so that they can eat. All the drinks came together after waiting for ages. Ordered a starter, and only received the starter 15 min after the main course was served. My husband waited so long for his food, we were almost done eating then obly his food arrived. Can't give a review on the taste of the food because you had to concentrate to make sure that you do eat your food and not a fly. The manager waa also useless......her remark was after all bad service atleast the food must taste nice. Like in really!!!!!

I regret spending my time and money there.
