Spur Idiots

Spur is a ******* with this points system. Last year I received a new card from spur obsevertory, just to find out Monday passed that it is not registered. But last year we spent R3000 at that spur. What happens to the points. So then Monday passed I get a new card as they have a new system.. Phoned customer service.... And the Agent tells me if I am going to speak to him in my tone of voice he can't help me. Damn Idiot. Spur Sucks..... Customer service sucks...... Head office Wow......
