spur heathway - PATHETIC experience

spur heathway - received such bad experience. We are regular customers at this spur and its seems like there is new ownership/management hence the service has deteriorated tremendously. 1. The employee was sleeping in the children's play area whilst he/she was supposed to be working/taking care of the kids... 2. The Spur was VERY quiet on a Friday afternoon around 14:00. Service was pathetic. The waiter brought the wrong order, no salt/pepper/sauces/serviettes/ wetwipes etc. I cannot imagine the level of service on a busy day/night. We have a 4 & 6 year old & a 9 month old. We did not ask the waiter for anything, just informed her that she brought the wrong order and she apologized.
