Spur Grandwest worsted spur experience ever

Went to spur on heritage day, the service was bad the waiter spoke and assisted as though she did not want to be there, she shouted from the bar to our table wen we called her to change our drink order. She shouted I already put the order in.. then wen the food came my boyfriend's steak was rare instead of medium rare as he had asked for..I took a simple burger and veggies but my rib burger was burn and the cream spinache was dry and stiff like stywe pap en spinache my pumpkin was dry and burnt.. the onion rings on his plate looked as tho it was the last of a batch. I must say of all the years and all the places I've eaten at spurs I never expected my worsted experience to be t such a formidable and recognised place like the Grandwest.. The service is bad and the food is like a home cook is trying not hard at all.
