Spur Grandwest Bad Service

I went there for my son's 5th birthday and it's his crown birthday, we were 6 including my son, we got there and waited 30 mins and no waiter came to take our order, we stood up and left no one even took note of us, my mom went back to get my son's water we forget and their excuse was they were in a meeting after being told that twice within that 30 mins not giving us anything else, we weren't even given place mats, people that came after us got a waiter and place mats and had their order taken while we sit and wait for someone to take or orders, it was my worst experience yet at Spur and the worst part is the restaurant wasn't even full, their was literally a handful of customers so you'd expect better service but got even worse service.
