Spur Graaf Reinet needs to improve their service

I went to have breakfast with my partner and we weren’t helped at all. I got so upset and I ended up leaving! We waited by the counter( which was left unattended) for a waitron to come through and take us to our table, we stood there for about 10 minutes until I finally saw someone and asked them to seat us. All the lady did was just to say we can go ahead and take a seat without even giving us our menus. We went to sit down and waited yet AGAIN for the menu to arrived but it didn’t!! 5 min later a waitress walks by and we ask her to help us but she just called out her colleague to help us and she didn’t come through to us. We called the same waitress again informing her that we still have not been helped but she just walked away without reassuring me that she’ll be back. By the time she came with the menus which was another 10minute wait my partner and I had decided to leave.
