Spur gordonsbay has gone from bad to worse

Last night myself, my wife and 2 daughters went to Spur in Gordonsbay for supper. We arrived round about 19:30 and the manager(man) took us to a table to sit. The waiter(foreign national) arrived to prepare our table and only put 2 placemats on our table and when I explained 2 her that we are 4 people sitting here she didn't understand what I was saying so I had 2 repeat myself slowly and show her the 2 items she just put on our table is called placemats which you put under your plate and because we are 4 people sitting here she need to put 4 placemats on our table so she went 2 fetch 2 more. Thereafter she asked for our order which I gave 2 her starting with the food than the drinks and pointing out who each meal is for but when I asked her 2 repeat my order, not surprisingly, she had my order wrong. An hour later I called the manager(woman) and asked if our waiter had just been fired because the last time I saw her was when I gave her my order which was an hour ago and we haven't received our food yet but, from only the ones I took note of, 4 tables where the people arrived after us had received their food but here we sit still waiting on our food, so the manager(woman) asked us who our waiter is but I could not tell because she didn't introduce herself, thereafter the manager(woman) took our order again and left. 15 minutes later the other manager(man) arrived at our table and asked if everything is still ok at our table so I had to repeat the whole story again and than he left to see where our food were. 5 minutes thereafter at 20:50 still nothing so myself and my wife decided we are not going to wait any longer but rather go to another restaurant. Before we left I had the decency to go to the manager(woman) to say that we are leaving so she apologises for what happened and also asked for my contact details so she can ask the owner to give me a call to apologise as well and compensate me for what we went through. I informed a few people of what happened 2 us and everybody's saying that I should put a complain on hellopeter and spread the news on social media but decided not to because I was waiting for the call which I was promised. I didn't receive any call from them today so I decided to go ahead with the exposure starting with social media.
